What are QR codes and how to use them effectively

There’s a pretty good chance that you have seen QR codes on business cards, flyers, or maybe even a billboards, but if you’re not sure how to use them, they just look like a weird image. QR codes (Quick Response) are specialized images that can be scanned by smartphones and encoded with information, such as a website, contact information, GPS coordinates, appointment date, or just plain text. The benefit is how it saves time for the user from having to type out the information. Creating QR codes are easy, but you may want to look into having your code professionally designed so that it matches your corporate images.
